Welcome to our Sage and Selenite Live Sales! These events are full of fun, sparkle, and exclusive treasures — but to keep things running smoothly, please take a moment to read our Live Sale Rules below. By participating, you agree to follow these terms.
🛍️ How to Claim Items:

Comment "Sold" + the item number/code shown on the screen or written in the post (e.g., Sold 104).

The first visible comment on our screen will be the successful claim. Due to differences in internet speed, what you see may vary from our feed our screen is the one that counts.

If you accidentally claim the wrong item, let us know ASAP during the live so we can correct it. Repeated "oops" claims may result in being skipped during future sales.
📦 Combining Orders:

We automatically combine your purchases throughout the live event.

If you’re a regular and shop across multiple lives in a week (like Specimen Night or Wednesday Auctions), you can request us to hold and combine for reduced postage just message us.
💳 Invoices & Payment:

Invoices are on our website for payment.

Payment is due within 48 hours unless you've arranged something with us in advance.

Failure to pay within the time frame may result in cancellation of your order and a ban from future live sales.

If you need extra time, please communicate we’re happy to work with you.
🚚 Shipping:

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post.

Tracking numbers are provided with every order.

Free shipping is offered on for orders over $100

We ship from Ballarat, VIC, and aim to dispatch parcels within 3 business days of payment.

Be kind and respectful to us and other customers.

No advertising or self-promotion in the comments.

Please avoid spamming the comments with unrelated messages, as this can disrupt the flow.

If you have a question during the live, pop it in the chat we’ll do our best to answer between showcasing crystals!

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

All items are described as accurately as possible. Sizes are approximate, and colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
